Wendie Jo Sperber fue una actriz estadounidense nacida el 15 de septiembre de 1958. Fue conocida por su interpretación en las películas I Wanna Hold Your Hand, Despedida de soltero y Back to the Future, además de aparecer en otras series de televisión y películas como American Dad, prestando su voz para un episodio. Le diagnosticaron un cáncer de mama en 1997, contra el que luchó durante años, aunque finalmente perdió la batalla tres años después de la reaparición de su enfermedad en 2002. Falleció el 29 de noviembre de 2005.
