How old is old enough when you are talking about retirement? Most of us regard our grandmothers and grandfathers as elderly and they might be only in their 70s or 80s. But there are a few lucky ones who can actually enjoy the company of a great-grandparent—or even luckier, a great-great-grandparent! Our list is dedicated to supercentenarians of our times whose age is officially validated and their health insurance prolonged as no one else’s! Check out their amazing stories and a few health and wellness tips on how to live a long and happy life.

Lucile Randon – 114

Born in February 1904, Lucille Randon is the oldest verified living person in France and the fourth oldest person in the world after the validation of her age. She was recently asked during an interview about her life memories and she was able to remember stories from World War I as well as her life as a governess and a teacher back then. Now, a supercentenarian, she lives in Ales, France where she is also known as Sister Andre. At her 114 years, Lucille seems to be very healthy and we definitely would love to meet her and ask her all about her anti-aging secrets!
