Valerie Bertinelli – 40 quilos – Dieta
Valerie, a atriz vencedora do Globo de Ouro e autora de livros de receitas, disse que sempre gostou mais de cozinhar do que de atuar. É por isso que ela é uma das chefs famosas e tem seu próprio show, Valerie’s Home Cooking. E não admira que ela também goste de comer. Nos últimos anos, ela ganhou um enorme peso e chocou a mídia. Seus amigos também estavam preocupados com o ganho de peso, mas, felizmente, Valerie está de volta aos trilhos e está melhor do que nunca. Ela tem 59 anos, mas todos podem concordar que ela parece ter pelo menos 30 anos! Seu segredo para sua perda de peso é comer direito, é claro. Para comer saudável, ela faz seu próprio molho de salada, escolhe os ingredientes mais orgânicos e frescos e come seus vegetais! Para não esquecer, Valerie fica hidratada para ficar em forma. Mas o mais importante, ela disse para não se preocupar com os números da escala.
