Ein Wunsch wird wahr
Olive kämpfte ständig mit einer Flut von Emotionen, die sie zu überwältigen schienen. Als Pflegekind fühlte sie sich oft wie ein Fremder in der Familie der Quinns, obwohl Ana und Owen sie liebevoll behandelten. Das führte dazu, dass das schlechte Gewissen an ihr nagte, weil sie eigentlich nur dankbar sein wollte.
Die Tage vergingen rasch, und plötzlich wurde ihr bewusst, dass sie bereits seit über einem Jahr bei den Quinns lebte. Die Frage, ob sie dauerhaft Teil der Familie sein wollte, überraschte sie trotzdem zutiefst. Als sie mit Tränen in den Augen “Ja” sagte, überwältigte sie eine Mischung aus Aufregung und Glück.
