Charles, Prince Of Wales and Lady Diana – $70M to $110M

The Prince of Wales dreamily pledging his life to Lady Diana and she to him, was one of the most viewed events in the history of all events with more than two million people showing up on the streets. Lady Di’s gown was embellished with 10,000 pearls and featured a 25-foot train. Her arrival in a glass coach at the cathedral was Cinderella-like. Sadly, the grand affair was not a prediction of a lasting marriage. The royal couple appointed a divorce lawyer to handle their marriage not long before Diana’s untimely death.
