Who would have imagined that the boy who dreamt of becoming a football player and took a degree in psychology and criminology would end up becoming an acclaimed wrestler? Considered as one of the most venerated and popular wrestlers, The Rock earned his mainstream fame during 1996 to 2004. Despite winning 17 championships, Dwayne was not happy with his life. Soon he decided to feed his passion for acting and the Hollywood industry didn’t disappoint him. He continued to feed his bodybuilding passion and never got indulged in any kind of drug or alcohol addictions. Did you know that he was paid a whopping $5.5 million for his debut film The Scorpion King? This was the highest fees any actor earned for their first film.
