Scott Oliver Hall AKA Razor Ramon – Age 60
Scott Hall is most famous for his involvement with the wrestling promotions such as World Wrestling Federation and WCW as Razor Ramon. The co-founder of the New World Order with Hogan and Nash, Scott has earned the Intercontinental Championship title four times and the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship two times. However, his drug and alcohol addictions took all he had and his mental conditions got shoddier after he killed another person in self-defense. As of today, Hall already had a total of five arrests. His most recent was back in 2012 due to an alleged domestic disturbance.
