Mark shocked fans with his drastic weight loss. He loss 35 pounds from 378 pound & was seen in public looking healthy & happier. How does Mark do it? The simple way of taking care of what he eats and exercising his way to a healthier life. He needed to lose weight for his health as he has diabetes and heard about his friend that went from being a diabetic to non-diabetic from losing weight. He is cutting his sugar and eating very well.
