For fans of the drama show EastEnders, you might have noticed Jessica Wallace’s leaner physique lately, and that’s because the TV star recently lost a little over 40 pounds. While losing weight is a complex undertaking to many, Jessica’s method was relatively straightforward – adhering to a strict low carb diet, and it worked out great in the end.
She first undertook losing weight back in 2009, and since then, she has strived to maintain that physique. Whenever things get out of hand, and it’s time to lose some weight, Jessica turns to her old and trusted method – dieting.
