Chris Pratt – 30 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
After being rejected for the part of Scott Hatteberg in the film Moneyball for being too heavy, Pratt was determined to win the role and the 280-pound star headed straight for the gym. Pratt dropped 30 pounds and sent the casting director a photo and was immediately given the part. He liked his new appearance so much he continued building muscle, turning into the Hollywood hunk we know and love. He lost the most weight yet in 2014 dropping 60lbs in just 6 months for the Guardians Of The Galaxy role as Peter Quill.
