We all remember Letitia Dean from EastEnders for her brilliant acting skills. The talented lady had a struggle with weight issues and was a target of many internet trolls. She could not take these comments from people and ultimately decided to go under the knife.
Her transition from 10 stone 4lbs to 8 stone 3lbs was all a result of pure determination, and we genuinely feel happy for the lady for her healthy change and newfound happiness. We do hope nobody from or outside the entertainment industry has to go through such hardship ever again though!
