Para que a Microcefalia Pepper seja retratada bem, a atriz fez um monte de próteses, maquiagem e dentes falsos, e não nos esqueçamos das grandes orelhas que ela tinha que colocar todos os dias. Os preparativos demoram até três horas todos os dias para que Pepper esteja pronto para as filmagens. A transformação é incrível!
