Jérôme Boateng ist ein angesehener deutscher Fußballspieler, der von 2011 bis 2023 seine Fußballschuhe für den FC Bayern München geschnürt hat. Seine luxuriöse Residenz, die mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist, hat natürlich auch einen eigenen Pool. Grünwald ist bekannt dafür, dass hier Münchens Elite residiert. Boateng ist nicht der einzige Fußballspieler, der sich für dieses exklusive Viertel entschieden hat, denn auch Franck Ribéry und Thiago Alcantara zählen zu den prominenten Anwohnern.
