Jérôme Boateng ist ein angesehener deutscher Fußballspieler, der von 2011 bis 2023 seine Fußballschuhe für den FC Bayern München geschnürt hat. In Anbetracht seiner langfristigen Bindung an den Club erwarb Boateng 2016 ein prächtiges Anwesen in Grünwald, einem wohlhabenden Viertel in der Nähe von München, zum Preis von 7,4 Millionen Euro.
Seine luxuriöse Residenz, die mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist, hat natürlich auch einen eigenen Pool. Grünwald ist bekannt dafür, dass hier Münchens Elite residiert. Boateng ist nicht der einzige Fußballspieler, der sich für dieses exklusive Viertel entschieden hat, denn auch Franck Ribéry und Thiago Alcantara zählen zu den prominenten Anwohnern.
