Michael Wendlers Heim in Florida ist im Gegensatz zu den Luxusanwesen anderer Berühmtheiten eher bescheiden, denn der Kaufpreis betrug nur eine halbe Million Euro. Weder er noch seine Frau Laura Müller sind von dem Haus wirklich begeistert, abgesehen von seiner reizvollen Lage am See.
Doch warum entschied sich der Sänger für dieses spezielle Anwesen? Wendler plante zunächst, es nach seinen persönlichen Vorlieben umzugestalten. Ein älteres, renovierungsbedürftiges Haus bietet dafür die perfekte Grundlage. Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob Wendlers Renovierungsfähigkeiten ebenso gut sind wie seine musikalischen Talente, denn trotz erster positiver Prognosen wohnt das Paar immer noch nicht in seinem Traumhaus.
