For KTLA’s Liberte Chan, it would have been just another workday in 2016 but for her clothing choice When her co-host handed her a plain gray sweater for her to put on over her black, glittering, spaghetti-strap dress while she was on air, she hadn’t realized anything was off with her choice of attire.
