A ex-sensação de Glee, Amber Riley, nunca foi magra ou pequena, mas ela reconheceu que poderia fazer isso com a perda de peso. Produtos de perda de peso não eram necessários e nem cirurgias bariátricas. Amber pesquisou e planejou uma dieta saudável e começou a participar de exercícios em grupo e depois individuais. Não se sabe exatamente quanto peso ela perdeu, mas sabemos que ela conseguiu derrubar dois tamanhos de vestido, que em média significa cerca de 9 quilos a menos. Após se tornar uma rotina, os exercícios físicos passam a ser uma atividade prazerosa e os resultados são ótimos para o corpo e a mente.
