These Celebrities Will Make You Rethink Your Obsession with Height and Weight!
Sofía Vergara – Born in 1972 – 5’7″ and 150 lbs
Sofía Vergara’s love for sweets is practically legendary. So much so, that she’s even considered hypnosis to curb her sweet tooth, as she shared with Shape magazine in 2014. Despite her love for sugar, the Colombian beauty has always been happy with her shape, though hitting 40 made her take a closer look at her fitness routine.
Inspired by co-star Julie Bowen’s dedication to early morning runs, Sofía opted for a fitness overhaul. With her bad knees, traditional workouts are off the table, but she swears by the Megaformer, a Pilates-like machine that’s become her secret weapon. She’s not a fan, but the results speak for themselves.
