These Celebrities Will Make You Rethink Your Obsession with Height and Weight!
Jameela Jamil – Born in 1986 – 5’10”, 140 lbs
Jameela Jamil, who stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds, is as known for her role in “The Good Place” as she is for her outspoken advocacy for body positivity. With a voice that challenges the fashion and beauty industries’ unrealistic standards, she has become a fierce critic of harmful trends like detox teas and weight loss apps.
In 2018, she launched the I Weigh movement, encouraging followers to embrace their bodies and accomplishments rather than obsess over their weight. Her health-conscious lifestyle combines fitness and a balanced diet, though she’s always emphasized self-acceptance over perfection. Beyond acting, Jameela is using her platform to promote self-love.
