Will Smith, who starred in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, got a moniker “Fresh Prince” of Calabasas for this very house that enjoys its own ZIP code. This massive 25,000-square-foot property is big enough to accommodate basketball and tennis courts, a golf course, a recording studio, and a garage which is spacious enough for a number of cars. However, Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith, decided to list the real estate for a cool price of $42 million, hoping to get rid of through-the-roof home insurance rates and large maintenance expenses.
