Tobey Maguire – Estimated $3.4 Million, West Hollywood
Toby Maguire’s West Hollywood home seems in character with the actor who played the favorite Spiderman role in the box office hit. His kick back home spreads across a generous expanse of 3,258 square feet and costs $3.4 million. The newly designed property proves its money’s worth with a featured inclusion of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a few walls of telescopic glass sliders, and 48-foot-long saline swimming pool. Maguire hasn’t had any on-screen roles since 2014 but he did have a voice role in The Boss Baby back in 2017. He is currently producing three new movies.
