Country singer-turned-pop star Taylor Swift is quite possibly one of the biggest stars in the world right now. She’s sold millions upon millions of singles and albums and is ranked as one of the top-earning female musicians. She’s dominated the charts time and time again and never seems to rest – always touring and writing music. Admittedly her genre has changed over the years and that might not be sitting well with everyone, but when your pockets hold $280 million, nobody can really complain much. Along with her singing, she also has her own little real estate enterprise on the go which, quite frankly, is a very smart investment strategy to ensure that she stays wealthy (not that Taylor will ever have to worry about losing her fortune!)
