O cantor de rap Paul Wall, no estilo texano, estava acostumado a ter mais de 145 quilos, quando em 2010 fez uma chocante aparência de tapete vermelho, mais leve, depois de passar por uma cirurgia de manga gástrica. Ele então perdeu mais 13 quilos ao lado de sua esposa e está feliz por ter menos de 90 quilos pela primeira vez em sua vida adulta. Uma dieta em compania de sua esposa o ajudou nesse difícil processo de perda de peso em pouco tempo. O cantor que já tem uma grande estrutura física aparenta atualmente estar bem mais saudável do que no auge de sua carreira.
