A propriedade tem cinco quartos, seis banheiros, uma enorme cozinha e área de jantar e quatro lareiras. Como esperado, há uma piscina exterior e banheira de hidromassagem para o peixe humano. Ao contrário do que muitos esperam, a cada deste atleta não tem uma piscina olímpica, nada de trabalho na mansão! Ainda assim, a piscina é grande o bastante para fazer um nadador se sentir confortável.
