おニャン子クラブ会員番号19番の「ゆうゆ」。おニャン子クラブの5枚目シングル『お先に失礼』でフロントボーカルに選ばれ、中期以降のグループの顔の一人となりました。卒業後は主にバラエティ番組で活躍。ゲーム会社タイトーのイメージキャラクターとしてアーケードゲームが発売されるなど、元気で可愛らしいルックスが人気でした。1997年結婚を機に引退、2児をもうけています。
