Wenn Kraftsport nach hinten losgeht
Kraftsport kann andere beeindrucken – oder eben schiefgehen. Dieser junge Mann wollte sich beim anspruchsvollen “Reißen” beweisen. Dabei wird die Hantel mit einem Schwung über den Kopf gerissen. Klingt machbar? Nicht, wenn man sich überschätzt. Statt die Hantel triumphierend in die Höhe zu stemmen, endete der Versuch mit einem Knall: Die Hantel krachte ihm direkt aufs Genick. Autsch!
Sein Kopf wippte dabei wie eine Feder – ein Anblick, der alles andere als cool war. Hoffen wir, dass er mit einem Schrecken davonkam. Die Lektion? Lieber langsam steigern und sauber trainieren. Im Kraftsport gilt: Stolz hebt keine Hanteln, nur die richtige Technik und Vorsicht.
