Wenn der Trainer auf Tuchfühlung geht
Eine gute Beziehung zum Trainer ist wichtig, keine Frage. Aber muss der Trainer oder die Trainerin wirklich auf dem Schoß Platz nehmen, während man trainiert? Für manche mag das eine originelle Art der Motivation sein, vielleicht sogar ein Balance-Trick. Doch ob das wirklich nötig oder sinnvoll ist, steht auf einem anderen Blatt.
Fitnessexperten würden wohl klar sagen: Nein, das geht auch anders – und vor allem sicherer. Zu viel Körperkontakt kann schnell unangenehm oder sogar grenzüberschreitend wirken. Und mal ehrlich: Die bewährten, klassischen Trainingsmethoden sind nicht ohne Grund immer noch Standard. Also lieber auf Abstand setzen, für mehr Komfort und genauso viel Effektivität.
