Laufen ist anstrengend, aber einfach sitzen? Das scheint das Motto dieser Dame zu sein, die das Laufband auf ihre ganz eigene Weise nutzt. Statt Kalorien zu verbrennen, gönnt sie sich eine entspannte Pause, mit einem Stuhl, mitten auf dem Gerät.
Das Laufband gilt eigentlich als Klassiker fürs Abnehmen und zur Verbesserung der Ausdauer. Viele Trainer setzen auf ausgeklügelte Programme, um die Motivation hochzuhalten. Doch einfach mal stehen bleiben und einen Stuhl draufstellen? Das ist nicht nur unsinnig, sondern auch ziemlich kontraproduktiv. Fitness bedeutet Bewegung – also: Stuhl zur Seite und loslegen! Denn ohne Einsatz gibt’s auch keine Ergebnisse. Keine Ausreden mehr, jeder Schritt zählt!
