High Heels im Gym?
Man sieht ja so einiges im Fitnessstudio, aber Gewichtheben auf High Heels? Das hebt den Begriff “Fitnessqueen“ auf ein ganz neues Level. Klar, die roten Heels sind ein echter Hingucker, aber es ist auch eine Methode mit vielen Risiken – Stichwort Verletzungsgefahr. Ob die High Heels tatsächlich sportliche Vorteile bringen, ist fraglich. Allerdings: Die definierte Beinmuskulatur der Frau lässt vermuten, dass diese ungewöhnliche Technik vielleicht doch ein paar Extra-Muskeln aktiviert. Trotzdem unser Rat: Sportschuhe sind nicht umsonst der Standard.
Wenn das Gym auch als Laufsteg dienen soll, dann bitte mit Vorsicht – oder zumindest mit stabilem Stand. Ein schicker Style ist natürlich gut, aber Sicherheit beim Training ist noch besser.
