Wenn das Fitnessstudio zum Experiment wird
Fitnessgeräte können für Anfänger echt einschüchternd wirken, denn sie sehen manchmal ein bisschen aus wie aus einem Science-Fiction-Film. Und wenn der Trainer im Urlaub ist, geht schnell mal etwas schief. Das beste Beispiel dafür: diese junge Frau, die offenbar versucht, ihren ganz eigenen Weg mit einem Gerät zu finden.
Statt Unterstützung gab es für sie leider nur einen Schnappschuss, der für immer im Netz kursieren dürfte. Ob sie nicht wusste, wie das Gerät richtig funktioniert, oder einfach einen neuen Trainingsstil erfinden wollte, spielt eigentlich keine Rolle, aber das Ergebnis ist definitiv unvergesslich. Hoffentlich hat sie inzwischen die richtige Technik gelernt. Falls nicht, bleibt zu hoffen, dass der Trainer bald zurückkommt!
