Fallon Fox – Born in 1975
Fallon Fox is a retired mixed martial artist renowned as the first openly transgender fighter in MMA history. In 2006, she traveled to Thailand for gender confirmation surgery. Following her transition, Fallon underwent facial feminization surgery in 2011, which refined features such as her brow bones and jawline.
She began her MMA training in 2008 and debuted professionally in 2012, amassing a 5-1-0 record before retiring. In 2014, Fox was inducted into the National Gay and Lesbian Sports Hall of Fame, recognizing her trailblazing role in sports. She now pursues speaking engagements to raise awareness and empower women in contact sports.
