Alicia Christian “Jodie” Foster è un’attrice, produttrice e regista americana di talento. Ha quindi continuato a lavorare nella pubblicità e apparso in vari spettacoli televisivi. Nel 1976, Jodie ha ottenuto un ruolo in Taxi Driver che è diventato un enorme successo. Jodie ha dichiarato che il film non solo ha cambiato la sua vita, ma è stata anche la sua prima volta che recita come qualcuno di diverso da se stessa.
