En 2006, Mathieu Petit fait la rencontre de Mathilde Seigner, et tombe fou amoureux d’elle du premier regard. Cette histoire, qui paraît tirée tout droit d’un conte de fées, a eu lieu sur le plateau du film “Trois Amis”. Lié par les clauses de son contrat en tant que caméraman, Mathieu n’a pas osé faire le premier pas. Ce qu’il ne savait pas, à l’époque, est que le coup de foudre était mutuel. Heureusement pour les deux amoureux, la belle-sœur de Roman Polanski a eu assez de bravoure pour eux-deux.
