Heute gehört zu den besten und bekanntesten Models der Welt. Selbst Karl Lagerfeld nannte sie seine Muse und kreierte Kollektionen nur für sie. Claudia ging allerdings schon 2002 in den Ruhestand, denn sie wollte sich doch lieber um ihre Familie kümmern. Auch in dem gleichen Jahr heiratete sie Matthew Vaughn, den Regisseur. Heute habe sie 3 Kinder zusammen, und Claudia scheint das Familienleben so richtig gut zu gefallen, trotzdem sieht man sie immer noch bei einigen Veranstaltungen.
