Mark Vanderloo, die aanvankelijk niet van plan was om model te worden, is nu een van de meest prominente figuren in de modellenwereld. Hij heeft vervolgens naam gemaakt als het gezicht van toonaangevende merken zoals Hugo Boss en Calvin Klein. Ondanks enige avonturen in de acteerwereld, leidde dit nooit tot significante succes. Hoewel hij tegenwoordig minder vaak op de catwalk verschijnt, blijft hij actief beschikbaar voor modellenwerk en geniet hij van een luxueus leven dat hem de wereld rond brengt.
