197. Andy Hallett – CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE
A talented singer and actor, Andy Hallett became famous as Lorne, a friendly demon in the series, Angel. He also sang in the series’ soundtrack album. He had never considered performing publicly until he was called on stage during a Patti LaBelle concert, where he discovered his true passion. His soulful voice and style were the keys to his success. In 2004, a dental infection spread to his heart, causing cardiomyopathy. Although the treatment had helped him recover, his heart was never as strong as before. He died of congestive heart failure in 2009 at the age of 33.
