Michael Caine and Shakira Baksh – $76M
Michael Caine fell in love with Shakira Baksh when he saw her on a TV commercial. He went out of his way to get her contacts and discovered that she wasn’t only an exotic beauty but that she had competed in the Miss World pageant.
Their chemistry developed immediately when they met, and in 1973, they sealed the deal with marriage. Baksh remains supportive of her husband 46 years down the line and she proved instrumental in helping him heal from a slip and fall injury he had in 2018. They still go on romantic dates as part of efforts to keep their marriage alive.
