The $6-million mansion was an impressive addition to Patrick’s portfolio of luxurious purchases – and perhaps, the smartest of all his investments yet. Sadly for him, he sold it in 2017 for $4.26 million, suffering a great financial loss. With how much his fortune grew thanks to his career, it was easy for him to move into a new lavish residence.
