Matt Forte – Chicago, Estimated $4.1 Million
New York Jets’ running back, Matt Forte, purchased an impressive $4.1-million property in the River North neighborhood in downtown Chicago. You would think that the 9,000 square feet home is spacious enough for Forte, but the NFL star wants to expand his house even further and had his lawyer apply for a zoning change that would add 1,137 square feet to the home. With five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an elevator to get around in the house’s four levels, and 60-foot spiraling staircase, the place would be quite humongous.
