THE MOST MEMORABLE WWF/WWE STARS – THEN AND NOW
Merced Solis AKA Tito Santana – 67

Merced Solis gained fame in the ring as Tito Santana and he has been a fan favorite his entire career. Santana wrestled with the World Wrestling Federation from 1979 until 1993 although he made a brief break in the ’80s and later returned. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 and his autobiography titled Tito Santana’s Tales From the Ring came out in 2008. This 67-year-old is far from retirement though. He still wrestles at least several times a year. Outside of the ring, Solis is a Spanish teacher and a basketball coach in New Jersey where he lives with his family.
Scott Charles Bigelow AKA Bam Bam Bigelow – Died at 45

This professional wrestler is no longer among us. Scott Charles Bigelow wrestled under the ring name Bam Bam Bigelow. He weighed almost 400 pounds and had a large tattoo on his head, which, perhaps, was his most recognizable feature. Scott held many championships over the course of his career and maybe he would still be active in the ring if he were alive today. He managed to survive and recover from a severe motorcycle crash in 2005 but he died two years later. Bigelow was found dead in 2007 and according to the autopsy, there were multiple drugs in his system, including cocaine.
Mark William Calaway AKA The Undertaker – 55

The Undertaker is also considered to be one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. When he first joined the WCW in 1989, he performed under the ring name Mean Mark Callous but later changed it to The Undertaker after joining the WWF. Calaway has held 17 championships and, like many other wrestlers, he had guest roles in television series and one movie, 1991’s Suburban Commando. The Undertaker is currently signed to the WWE as a free agent. Besides his professional career, he also invests in real estate with his business partner Scott Everhart with whom he also commissioned the construction of a building in Loveland, Colorado.
