La estrella de rock, Jon Bon Jovi, compró este impresionante dúplex de 7.452 pies cuadrados en el año 2007 por algo cercano a los 24 millones de dólares. Desde entonces, ha gastado algunos millones más, y ahora el valor se ha disparado a aproximadamente a unos 42 millones. De hecho, alguien ya ofreció tanto dinero para comprarlo. El edifico ubicado en 158 Mercer Street de New Museum, cuenta con un ático en la parte superior, cinco dormitorios y siete baños. En 2018 quiso venderlo y para ello quería comprar el dúplex de su vecino y venderlo todo en conjunto, pero la operación no se dio.
