El exterior cuenta con un comedor al aire libre, piscina con calefacción solar que se enciende en la noche y una terraza donde se pueden hacer hogueras. Sin embargo, Fonda decidió ponerla en venta a finales de 2018 debido a que ya era demasiado grande para ella. Se dice que el precio de venta podría estar por debajo del mercado.
