Good news for all and sundry, because after marrying heartthrob Benji Madden in January 2015, the actress put it on sale. But don’t think about celebrating unless your bank account boasts a buoyant $4.25 million or the mortgage equivalent of buying a house that expensive. If not, maybe you could wait until she puts her $8.5-million villa in Miami on the market, too. Who knows, you could probably be a millionaire by that time.
