Hollywood hunk Matthew McConaughey lives in a $4-million Spanish-Mediterranean style, 10,000 square feet of an estate located in Rivercrest Austin, Texas nearby Lake Austin. The gorgeous mansion has a total of seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, elevators, and of course, a dock for McConaughey’s sailing boat. What could be better than sailing on a boat? Sailing with Matthew McConaughey, that’s what! Recently, he revealed that the home’s location felt ideal for him, as he would be close to his mother. McConaughey recently starred in The Beach Bum and he reportedly has two new projects.
