Alfred Molina, Jill’s husband, put the home up for sale for $2.95M. They moved there in 1995 and invested a lot in the place since they got it for only $565K. The price seems to match the renovations as well as the area where the place is located. The villa is a spacious one, with three bedrooms and a house for guests, which makes it ideal for when the family is visiting.
