Lily Tomlin – $7.1 Million, Los Feliz
After trying to sell her home in Loz Feliz for $11M, Lily Tomlin put it back on the market for $7.1M. It is a drastic but more manageable price for the place which has a Mediterranean design, four bedrooms, and a pool. A big positive point for the house, of course, is the location. In a gated community in Los Feliz, safety and privacy won’t be an issue for sure. Lily currently stars on the Netflix show Grace and Frankie together with Jane Fonda. The show has been renewed for a sixth season in January 2019, which surely pleases the streaming TV audiences.
