Gemeinsam schlanker: Ein übergewichtiges Paar verändert seinen Lebensstil und verwirklicht seine Träume
Der Wendepunkt
Zu Beginn des Jahres 2016 wurde beiden endgültig bewusst, dass sie etwas ändern mussten. Mit dem neuen Jahr war klar, dass es so nicht mehr weitergehen konnte. Es war Lexi, die schlussendlich diese Entscheidung traf, doch tatsächlich betraf die Entscheidung sie beide als Paar.
Ohne Danny wäre sie nicht in der Lage, ihren Plan in die Tat umzusetzen. Ein so großes Vorhaben konnte nicht funktionieren, wenn sie nicht an einem Strang zogen. Glücklicherweise war auch Danny jetzt bereit für diesen großen Schritt. Ihm war klar, dass sie nicht weitermachen konnten wie bisher. Der Wunsch, Kinder zu haben und mit ihnen herumzutollen, gab besonders Danny nochmal einen starken Motivationsschub.
