Gemeinsam schlanker: Ein übergewichtiges Paar verändert seinen Lebensstil und verwirklicht seine Träume
Eine andere Lexi
Lexi gelang es, unglaubliche 140 Kilo zu verlieren. Bei ihrer Entscheidung, ihr Leben zu ändern, wog sie 250 Kilo. Durch ihre eiserne Disziplin schaffte sie es, ihr Gewicht fast zu halbieren und war dadurch kaum wiederzuerkennen. Dank ihres Gewichtsverlustes wurde sie ein anderer Mensch und das nicht nur optisch.
Dieser Wandel geschah natürlich Schritt für Schritt. Ein erster großer Erfolg war es, dass ihr Bauch unter den Tisch passte und sie ihn nicht mehr auf der Tischplatte ablegen musste. Das war nämlich vorher für Lexi ein Problem. Wenn sie in einem Restaurant essen wollte, was oft vorkam, passte sie nicht an den Tisch. Für Lexi war jedes Kilo ein bedeutender Schritt in die richtige Richtung und sie genoss diese neue Bewegungsfreiheit enorm.
