Bei einer Ernährungsumstellung und der Integration von Sport in den Alltag können erste Erfolge manchmal auf sich warten lassen. Das frustriert viele Menschen so stark, dass sie aufgeben, noch bevor sie wirklich angefangen haben. Doch Lexi hatte das Glück, in den ersten vier Wochen bereits 10 Kilo zu verlieren. Das lag größtenteils an ihrem hohen.
Ausgangsgewicht, aber es gab ihr dennoch einen enormen Motivationsschub. Selbst in Phasen, in denen der Gewichtsverlust langsamer voranschritt, blieb Lexi entschlossen. Sie hielt an ihrer gesunden Ernährung und ihrem Trainingsplan fest. Ihr neuer Lebensstil war jetzt so tief in ihrem Alltag verankert, dass er zu einer geliebten Routine geworden und kein Zwang mehr war.
