Katja Burkard – Villa in Köln
Schon seit Ende der neunziger Jahre steht die Moderatorin Katja Burkard für das RTL-Format “Punkt 12” vor den Fernsehkameras. Ihre Fans bekamen vor einigen Jahren bei einer Haustour einen kleinen Einblick in das Privatleben des Promis. Katja lebt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel in Köln, und eine Hecke bietet dem Fernsehstar Sichtschutz vor Paparazzi. Das Haus hat rund 200 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, und das Gelände ist insgesamt rund zehnmal so groß. Die Villa hat sechs Zimmer, drei Badezimmer und ist sogar mit einem eigenen Fitnessstudio ausgestattet. Burkard verriet dabei, dass sie zwar auf Stil achte, doch Kinderfreundlichkeit, und Zweckmäßigkeit seien bei ihr das A und O.
